3. To whom are your personal data possibly transmitted?
For the purpose of fulfilling our contractual and legal obligations, specialist companies or divisions of the Revitalis group of companies carry out, centrally, certain data processing duties for the companies affiliated to the group. Service providers commissioned by us for this purpose can also receive data if they follow our instructions relating to privacy law. 4. When are your data deleted?
We process and store your personal data for as long as this is necessary for us to fulfill our contractual and legal duties. Should the data no longer be necessary for us to fulfill our contractual or legal duties, they are regularly deleted unless, that is, they still need to be processed, for a limited period of time, for the following purposes:
